Are you pregnant with you 2nd, 3rd or 4th? Then this is the class for you. TCBC has tailored the Refresher Course for parents that have already experienced birth but still would like some helpful tips and reminders!

We will cover the stages of labor, comfort measures, our roles in labor and emergency childbirth. This class also gives some tips and suggestions for preparing children for a new sibling. The Refresher Course is open to the public.
