The Express Childbirth Ed Class is for TCBC clients only and is required for anyone that has not previously delivered at the birth center. This class will go over:

• Prenatal Exercises / Baby Positioning

• Stages of labor / Comfort measures

The class includes a birth video and a guided relaxation at the end.

The class is held in the TCBC studio.  The class is 3 hours. 

Class materials will be included.
