Breastfeeding/chestfeeding Class
At Twin Cities Birth Center, we offer a range of breastfeeding resources to give you the confidence and comfort to feed your new baby the way that’s best for you. This breastfeeding and chestfeeding class focuses on feeding your new baby with confidence.
Class is held on the last Tuesday of every month. Sign up below for a Tuesday evening that works for you.

Over the course of this chestfeeding and breastfeeding class, our IBCLC + Lactation Consultant with go over how to:
Achieve a comfortable latch
Understand nursing positions and infant feeding cues
Nutrition during breastfeeding
Find the right breastfeeding supplies for your needs
Learn how to know if your baby is getting the right amount of milk
Navigate common concerns such as infant growth spurts
Currently, our Breastfeeding Class is complimentary and available only for Twin Cities Birth Center families as a part of their prenatal care.

Learn How to Pump at Work
Are you looking for another online breastfeeding class? Our PumpTalk 101 is designed to help working parents pump successfully once they return to the workplace. Learn how to set up your own pumping schedule for work or advocate for your needs as a new parent.
This virtual pumping class is $10 per person and is open to all who are looking for guidance and support during this time. Currently, this class is a recording by an IBCLC + Lactation Consultant so that you can learn on your own time. PumpTalk 101 is an hour-long class.
